Pendelton Ward has confirmed over twitter last night that Wayforward Technologies, creators of many 2D sidescrollers such as Contra 4 and Shantae, are making an Adventure Time game for the Nintendo DS.

Now here’s something really out of this world. Two years ago, Star Wars fan Casey Pugh asked other fans of the franchise to send in recreations of clips from the first (1977) movie. These clips could be in any format, style, and medium. Pugh spliced together his favorite of the clips into a full length recreation of the movie, in short intervals, and not missing a single scene. This two hour long, eye opening video ranges in style from animation to pupperty to sweaty crossdressing men in basements; reinacting the entire film in several funny and disturbing ways. The sheer amount of love for the Star Wars legacy shows in this piece.
