Bethesda Game Studios has released a introduction to their upcoming Creation Kit, a tool that will allow people to create custom content for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The program will also launch with Steam Workshop intergration, allow users to upload, find, and manage their mods through their Steam account.

With hippies, gingers, vamps, and elves featured in these new screens for the upcoming South Park: The Game, things are looking mighty interesting in this quiet mountain town. Now show me screenshots that feature random Mecha-Streisand encounters a’ la Skyrim and I’m there.

There was really no competition when it came to Bowtie Cat’s 2011 game of the year. Every single one of our writers agreed that this was, hands down, game of the year material. It’s game that has captured the lust of gamers around the world by laying it all on the table. Skyrim pulls no punches when it comes to exploding your gamer face off.

Why it won:
Dragons, swords, magic, and yelling. Those are the ingredients that combine in this mixture of pure joy. A game that let’s you go where you want, kill whom you wish, and shout at dragons. You’ll be hard pressed to find a game as addicting as Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls V :Skyrim. This game blew away the competition in our voting to easily take this year’s “Best PC Game” award.
